Under the auspices of his Royal Highness Alhaji Dr. Alh Ibrahim Zulu Gambari (OFR).
Wishes to commend the Kwara State Government under the leadership of our executive Governor, Dr. Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed and Speaker of Kwara State House of Assembly, Dr. Ali Ahmad.
On the recent enactment of law banning the sales and consumption of alcohol across the State.
The doggedness demonstrated by the state House of Assembly towards the success of the bill deserves a special commendation.
It is equally incumbent on us to appreciate the unrelenting effort of the amiable senate President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki (GCFR) towards making the state a better place to stay for all.
Also in this same vein, we commend the distinguished Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for their collective roles in repelling the earlier passed payment of pension for life to all past Executive Governors and their Deputies respectively in the State.
IEYIV sees this as a great sacrifice service to humanity and a great opportunity to save fund.
He also direct the State Government to use the fund for other development projects in the State.
We thank them immensely for all these actions, first of its kind in Nigeria as a whole.
The Association hereby seek for more assistance toward solving the rate of unemployment among the youth in the State so as to make them self reliance in their respective vocational knowledge in terms of empowerment.
As Kwarans, we are always convinced that the State Government today sincerely cares for us and is keen on making the State a promising place for us all.
In fact, this is a convincing evidence that many good things await us all in the care of a Government whose overacting agendum is to ensure peace as well as development in the State.
