NSCDC discovers suspected fraudsters shine in Kwara

The Nigerian Security and Civil Defnse Corps, NSCDC, Kwara command on Monday uncovered a shrine used by some suspected fraudsters to defraud some residents of the state
The shrine is located at Aleyo village, near Afon in Asa local government area of the state
Mr Adeyinka Ayinla the commandant of NSCDC in Kwara while taking round the shrine on Monday said the shrine is being used for criminal activities.
Ayinla said that two suspects have been arrested by the comnand in connection with the shrine discovered
According to the Commandant, two members of the group arrested were a 54-year-old Kazeem Abdul Salam and one Adamu Hussein after a contractor Mumini Abdul Rahman lodged a complaint that he was defrauded.
According to him Abdul Rahman revealed that the suspects had collected the sum of 5.5 million naira in tranches and another 1500 dollars to help multiply into billions and facilitate more contracts via occultic means.
Adeyinka said the command will charge the suspects to court after completion of preminilary investigation
The Commandant advised residents of the state to be wary of individuals who hide behind any religion to perpetuate crimes. (Just Event Online Publication )
