Kwara2019: Open Letter To Chairperson Kwara LG Commission - Com Salami
AN OPEN LETTER TO ALHAJA SARAH ADEBAYO; THE CHAIRPERSON, KWARA STATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMMISSION.
This shouldn't be a podium for me to write you, but I intentionally wish to make it public in order to avoid being tagged as a sycophant. However, I believe that with the power of share button, this letter will get to you someday.
I am neither your loyalist nor your adversary but I'm prompted by my affective domain to pen down my observation in line with your philanthropist roles being played In your vicinity, permit me to abstain from using the word 'Vicinity' since my letter is encode politically, preferably. Permit me to use the word 'zone' rather than using 'vicinity'.
For the fact the we share the same ward and partially the same zone, I believe I have the right to observe what my nose perceived in you. I used the word 'partially' because am not from Asileke zone but Asude zone. Nevertheless, I'm still part and parcel of Asileke electorates.
It would have been better, if what you are currently doing an egalitarian and humanitarian politician in Asileke Zone have been done prior to this time, consequently, what you are doing at this point in time decode nothing but political game as nothing was recorded in the past 2 years, however, we must appreciate your magnanimous effort because he who tears the garment of honour, must certainly be prepared to be decorated with the cap of disgrace.
He who concentrate much in the past will not look beyond the fence, hence, the past has gone, the present must be a priority in order to achieve a virtue future.
An optimist is someone who sees opportunities in every difficulty, while a pessimist is someone who sees difficulties in every opportunity.
Despite the obvious fact that virtually all youth in your zone, asileke to be precise are ambassadors of change in Kwara politics, your optimistic domain still give you the courage to stand gallantly that the forthcoming election will favour you, I must commend your courage Ma.
Your optimistic mind to deliver the votes of the polling centre in Asileke zone has made you to be spending lavishly and unprofessional. I heard of the youth empowerment you did just of recent. The youth empowerment you did has been my favourite empowerment but yours was unprofessional as it wasn't based on merit and wasn't done rightfully. Nonetheless, thanks for empowering our dear youth who benefited from the thousands of naira you gave out.
You deserve an accolade with the infrastructural facilities, the one you did out of your pocket and the one you facilitated are second to none. The payment of WAEC and NECO fees of some students and the facilitation of employment for the youth are also appreciated.
"In the University of a learner, nobody is a graduate, we learn on a daily basis."
Finally, your political strategy can't help you to achieve your goal. Despite your antecedent, people still see your antecedent as inconsequential. For your antecedent to be consequential, I will advice you to discard your analog entourage, enroll those of digital and let them make the use of social media effectively.
