Amb. Ibrahim Akaje congratulates Christians across Kwara state and around the world on the successful completion of the Lent and the celebration of Easter festivity.
Easter, according to the Christian belief, reconciled the mankind to God as the blameless Jesus Christ offered himself as expiation to the sins of man.
As I felicitate with our Christian brothers and sisters, I want to draw attention to the underlying messages, teachings and practices of Christ.
The significance of the celebration is of multiple dimensions. I urge you all to let this reflect in our relationship with one another regardless of the religion.
I implored all Kwarans and Nigerians a whole to continue in praying for this Nation in order to experience the development we have been craving for, and also to come together in unity to move this country to a greater height as the development of this country is the collective responsibilities of everybody.
