Nigerians the purpose of picketing ministry of finance today is because players union are protesting non payment of our monies by Kwara State government in the last couple of years between 2014 to date,
They're owing us series of monies from sign on fees, salaries match bonus and what are few
They have made several promises, empty promises and they have refused to fulfil them,
Footballers are not fools, we're not slaves this is what we know how to do, this is our own business, you people have money to feed your dogs but you don't have money to pay our salaries,
this nonsense must stop, this iresponsibilities must stop and we won't stop until you pay our money,
we need our money with immediate effect, pay all this money with immediate effect, while we're waiting for this money many of our colleagues have dead in vain, Saka AbdulAzeez died, Bukola Akanbi died, Tunde Adeyemi died among others,
we're waiting for this money and Kwara government are not paying us,
we're have families, as we're picketing the ministry of Finance today, tomorrow we're picketing Head of service and governor office by next tomorrow we're picketing government house by the grace of God,
So we're appealing to all Nigerians this government is irresponsible any government that made promises and failed to fulfill is irresponsible government,
what we're saying is that how can people be this wicked even in the month of Ramadan when our brothers and sisters are fasting, they would pay the ministry and failed to pay the Parastaters for how long will this nonsense stop?
We're ought to stop this and it must stop. Thank you Nigerians - Kwara United management
