A well managed and architectural community can only be actualise through a composed ideas along with the support of government, corporate bodies, philanthropists, group as well as community leaders.
This and other critical and fragile points that had been delaying progress were analyzed at 2019 community based organizations (CBO) summit.
The theme of the summit "A SUMMIT FOR COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION IN KWARA STATE, SHARING IDEAS TOWARDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT was held at Kwara Hotel, ilorin, the state capital.
A summit that teamed up experts and dons on different field and capacity, spoke on the ways to ameliorate the challenges attacking various community.
Doctor Adam Kayode who centered his keynote speech on sharing ideas, later described it as building blocks of knowledge and element that constitutes judgement.
Doctor Kayode further explained that idea is a fulcrum of life and human existence. Added that idea is a manual for universal growth and factor that responsible for uniformity in global aspiration and disparity in national interest.
While speaking on the important of Idea on various sectors, Dr Kayode referred to the United Nations summit which gave birth to the convention on protection of biological resources and diversity. And World Health Organizations (WHO) who set up a standard for drugs production regarding safety adequacy and efficacy.
Also, a minimum education to be posess by every child was introduced by UNICEF. Saying all these aforementioned are ideas of realitists who intended to contribute their quota to the progress and development of their domain and beyond.
The resource person coin out, business, political, cultural, size, minor, and among other as one of the ingredients of idea that will translate to development stressing that, knowledge is the foundation of any success saying life will be only difficult for he who lack ideas.
He however, urged youths to inject and employ their innovative idea to their community, state and the country at-large in order to resurrect the lost glory of our dear country.
