This was authoritatively said by a two time commissioner for information Abia State ,Barr Eze Chikamnayo
Remember I have queried continuously why can't Ikpeazu pay workers and pensioners in the state notwithstanding receiving about 6 billion naira every 30 days.
Barrister Eze Chikamnayo has revealed why Ikpeazu can't pay.
According to Barr Eze Chikamnayo, once allocation comes, Ikpeazu doles out a whooping sum of 190 million to settle father and son in Abia state at the expense of Suffering and dying pensioners and workers.
Remember, Eze Chikamnayo has no reason to lie to Abians now.He knows the government in and out. He left the government of IKPEAZU immediately he noticed this gang thievery .
Who shall deliver us from the burden of this death?
When I called out the current commissioner for information Abia state ,John Okiyi Kalu and queried him on the lies and deceits in the government he represents,he embellished it with sweet talks and feigned ignorance of what is happening.
God will surely judge all these characters that are defiling and causing untold hardship on us.

But before I proceed with my humble request to my fellow Abians, let me apologise for not taking up the gauntlet to fight these demonic, divisive, deadly and desperate people earlier than now.
Like many unhappy Abians currently trapped in Umuahia by the deceptive mein and debilitating poverty orchestrated by the current set-up and it's agents, I was trapped.
If you ask any of our brothers currently enduring the inanities of Okezie Ikpeazu, Theodore Orji and his vicious but crafty Son, Chinedum, they will tell you that they aren't happy but feel utterly helpless, dependent and prefer to play the waiting game.
They wait, in the vain hope that something, somehow would happen to change their misery. They wait so that they would not be branded as disloyal and DESTROYED by the very subtle but vicious cabal Chinedum Orji, Ikuku, has set up across Abia.
Most businesses in Umuahia are either owned by proxy or secretly funded by Ikuku. That's why it's deep. You have to be ready to lose it all before you can make up your mind to confront him and his montrous machinery.
Now, coming back to your write up Obinna Don Norman, I want to tell you that there's hope. They are in the minority that oppress Abians. The only thing you need to do is to continue to create awareness to awaken the oppressed majority.
Ikpeazu cannot pay the Pensioners their full entitlement. He can only manage to drop trickles once in a while to placate the gullible. This is because Ikpeazu is trapped.
If a man is giving out one hundred and twenty million to one person monthly, and giving seventy million monthly to his son monthly, and giving sundry other figures to his wife and a long list of other relatives, how can such a person pay Pensioners?
This same man is incapable of taking the bold step of yanking off these rapacious, insatiable, parasitic family simply because he wants to be called a good consciencious and loyal customer of the oppressors.
The Ikpeazu Governorship has become a high maintenance relationship to Abia. From the huge cost of fighting litigations in his first tenure to the many other hidden commitments, Abia is bleeding profusely to maintain and sustain the obnoxious status quo.
And the Elders are keeping quiet, you ask? YES. Your so-called Elders, more than 95 percent of them are mere hangers on. They are glorified political jobbers collecting various amount of stipends monthly. They need it. They are old. They are eating. They can't talk.
But, my brother, press towards the mark. Concentrate on the untainted youths...not the lazy youths most of whom are scrambling to get across to Ikuku and collect stipends but the working class, independent minded and unchained ones.
There's light at the end of this debilitating tunnel. Our God is our help.
