You Could Recall last week NGO and Media Platforms were invited by KWHA for the Public Hearing Freedom Of Information Bill FOI of the bill ,they met with the Committe of the Bill and after much deliberation they reached compromise on the passage of the bill
On 30 of May 2019 KWAH Plenary passed it to law and transmits to Kwara State Governor for assent.

congratulate your Excellency on assumption of Office as the 7 Executive Governor of Kwara State. Its our collective efforts that Kwara will attain a lofty height under your administration if all your campaign promises are fulfilled
We will like to remind your Excellency of your inauguration speech dated 29 May 2019, especially the
part that reads as follow: "what we have lacked befor now are dependable and sustainable development
plans, credible policies and policy discipline, accountability and transparency, a good sense of social justice and ability to expand social and political spaces that will promote tolerance, equality and innovation
These are areas where our government will make a difference". As partners in the advocacy
