CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY INCITING DISTURBANCE OF PUBLIC PEACE, RIOTING WITH DEADLY WEAPONS, INTIMIDATION CAUSING GRIEVOUS HURT AMD MISCHIEF BY FIRE CONTRARY TO SECTION 97,114 113,107, 397, 248, AND 337 OF PENAL CODE LAW
On 19 of June 2019 the above captioned case was reported by one Fatai Oladimeji of joint Commercial motorcycle riders association Ilorin Kwara State via verbal complaint and referred to the state CIID ilorin for Kwara discreet investigation. That on 18 of June 2019 at about 0700hrs, he received an information that you Kazeem Issa of Baale Compound, Sakele area ilorin Criminally Conspired with others and mobilized some miscreants in a tumultuous manner in front of total filling station along post office area ilorin where you all went on rampaged and riotously attached KWARTMA office, A Divisional Police Headquarters and the Joint Commercial Motorcycle Riders Association Secretariat while armed with deadly weapons and destroyed Properties worth millions of Naira. Based on the strength of the information the Police swung in to action and arrested you Soliu Popoola , Abdulwaheed Ambali and Samuel Elaibi investigation conducted at the State CIID ilorin led to the arrest of you Kazeem Issa, and Wahab Ahmed Olaiya further investigation revealed that you Kehinde Soliu Popoola, Abdulwaheed Ambali, Samuel Elaibi, Wahab Ahmed Olaiya and one Kehinde and others at large criminally conspired and riotously mobilised yourself while armed with deadly weapons attacked A divisional Police Headquarters the Joint Commercial motorcycle riders association secretariat where you destroyed properties worth of millions of naira and attacked KWARTMA office where you destroyed valuable properties and set the office building and vehicle ablaze while five KWARTMA officers Nasiru Abdulkadir, Yusuf Kayode Ahmed, Aliyu Salihu Gabi, Daramola Samson Cole, and Issa Mutiu were attacked and sustained various degree of injuries and hospitalized investigations revealed that you all are the criminal elements who conspired with criminal now at large to cause mayhem and disturbed the peace and tranquility of Ilorin and environs on 18 /6/2019 . However investigation is still on going with a view to arrest others at large. You Kazeem Issa, Soliu Popoola, Abdulwaheed Ambali, Samuel Elaibi, Wahab Ahmed Olaiya, one Kehinde and others at large Thereby committed the above mentioned offenses
