The above association as nation builders humbly welcome his excellency Alhaji Abdulrahaman AbdulRazaq on board, without mincing words we ought to inform the whole world that our governor has started well and it's worthy of commendations.
Nevertheless we intend bringing kwara state teachers plight to his excellency's notification .
Kwara State teachers here we are that past administration left us without foods in our homes,
Kwara State Teachers here we are that the federal government sent Paris Club and bail out Funds to ameliorate our sufferings and bring succour to workers in the state, everyone knows where this funds went to,
Kwara State Teachers here we are that landlords no longer gives houses to Teachers,
Kwara State Teacher here we are that we are being necessitated by necessity to collect unnegotiated loans from banks due to hunger,
Kwara State Teachers here we are that getting to our working places is always with free ride Kwara here we are.
His Excellency how can a teacher that are not properly cared for discharge his/her duties Effectively ?
We use this medium to remind his Excellency of all his Campaign Promises
Our Demands Goes as Follows
1, Backlogs arrears of three (3) Months and 58 %
2, Promotion of SUBEB Teachers since 2016 till date while that of Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) Since 2013 till date
3, Our Annual increment which has been neglected by past administration should commence immediately
4, Our Leave bonus Should be revisited
5, Refund of Cooperate Deduction for June 2016
6 , Our learning Environment should be Conducive
7, Eighteen Thousand 18,000 Minimum wage which other states are benefiting should commence this month
