IEYDA Rejoice with Sen. Gbemisola Saraki, hails President Buhari
The foremost Youth Development Association in Ilorin Emirate; *Ilorin Emirate Youths Development Association (IEYDA)* has have rejoiced with Senator Rukayat Gbemisola Saraki on her
nomination as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message signed by the *National President, *Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen* and the *National Publicity Secretary* of the association, *Alhaji Mohammed Uthman Jagunma* in Ilorin on Wednesday 24th July, 2019 described the nomination as a well- deserved one considering her long political career and enormous contributions to national development.
The association prayed for continuous guidance of Almighty Allah for Sen. Gbenisola Saraki, wished her the best portfolio and a successful service to her Country.
It then commended President Buhari for giving Kwara State two slots in the new cabinet, stating that Sen. Gbemisola's appointment didn't come as a surprise, as the eldest daughter of the Late Political Titan and Waziri of Ilorin, Late Dr.Abubakar Olusola Saraki, coupled with the fact that Sen. Gbemisola had established herself as an Elite Political Gladiator in the past.
The association also rejoiced with the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, *Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari,CFR,* on the appointment of the two illustrious indigenes of Kwara State as well as those of other Kwarans offered the privilege of serving in different positions of authority at the Federal level since the inauguration of President Muhammadu Buhari into office for second term.
The statement urged the people of Ilorin Emirate Community to support the present government at both the Federal and State levels, and prayed the Almighty Allah to continue to elevate sons and daughters of Ilorin Emirate into greater height.
