Be productive and goal-oriented, Asiwaju charges new Kwara Cabinet members
The presidential candidate of Alliance National Party, ANP, in the last general elections, Asiwaju Mashood Shittu has urged the newly inaugurated commissioners in Kwara state to put forth their respective professional acumen to be productive, by taking Kwara State to the next level of infrastructural El Dorado through their goal-oriented policies.
The Offa-born politician stated this on Friday in a press statement personally signed by him and made available to the newsmen.
Asiwaju said, "With the government known for 'Iseya' mantra, it is expected of the newly inaugurated commissioners in the state to match the words with actions by being productive and have a clear idea on how to transform the state from the present hitherto underdevelopment."
"Kwara is a blessed state with abundant natural resources, cut across the three geopolitical districts. I believe, if all well harnessed, Kwara would be placed on the world map of economic hub and that will serve as an advantage for the state," he added.
He, therfore, pray to Almighty God to strengthen them in the discharge of their respective duties.
