Hon Ayilara distributes 100 JAMB forms to constituents

A Kwara lawmaker, Honorable Barrister Abdulgafar Ayinla Ayilara , says he has started the distribution of 100 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to students in his constituency.
Ayilara (APC), representing Ajikobi/Alanamu constituency in the kwara State House of Assembly, made this known on Thursday in Ilorin.
He said the Ayilara Foundation Free JAMB forms distribution, which started on Feb 6th, was the 1st Edition.
Ayilara, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Local Governments and chieftaincy titles, said the gesture was part of his commitment to educational development in his constituency.
“My commitment toward education has been the propeller driving most of our programmes in the constituency.
“As we know that education is the bedrock of any nation, and for us to get rid of social vices and ills in our society, we must train our children,” he said.
Two beneficiaries, Muhammed Khabeer and Yusuf Ishola from Ubadanwaki, ogidi wards speaks with Just Event Online TV respectively expressed gratitude to the lawmaker, saying the gesture had impacted the lives of people in Ajikobi/Alanamu Constituency, especially the less privileged.
“This is a privilege to us as students because it lessens the burden on our parents. I will advise others to make use of this opportunity judiciously,” Khabeer said.
Also, Gidado Oyindamola Roheemat, another beneficiary from Adewole ward, appreciated the lawmaker for giving her the opportunity to get a free JAMB form.

“This has really helped parents who could not afford to buy the form,” she said.
Abdulmumeen Taiwo from Oju Ekun/Zarumi ward said he never believe such gesture could come up in the constituency while Zakariyah Wasiu, Abdulfatai Fuhad (Adewole ward), Iyanda Bukola (Alanamu) Salman Ismail (Ajikobi) all urged the lawmaker to make the programme an annual event.
