Otun Ekiti Throne: Ile-Iyaba Will Produce The Next King, Stakeholders Dismiss Odunlade Adekola Selection

The concerned Princes from Ile-Iyaba Ruling House of Otun Ekiti have stated that their family will produce the next Oore of Mobaland in line with 1957 Otun declaration.
Otun Declaration recognises five ruling houses namely; Iyaba, Iletun, Imoya, Obajewu and Odo Imoro and Ekiti State Deputy Governor has directed the kingmakers to use it for selection of new king.
Investigation gathered revealed that four other ruling houses have produced Oba in line with principle of rotation, thereby only princes from Iyaba Ruling House will be considered by the kingmakers.
Insider source hinted that the kingmakers will soon receive names of some princes (Omo-Oye) from Ile-Iyaba to commence the selection process incompliance with Ekiti State Government directives.
One of the concerned princes in Otun Ekiti dismissed the claim that popular Yoruba Movie Star, Odunlade Adekola is the next monarch of the town.
According to the source, Odunlade Adekola is from Ile-lodo which is under Iletun ruling House and they don't become kings from that section of Iletun family.
Meanwhile, the key stakeholders in the ancient town have appealed to the five kingmakers not cause unnecessary crisis and stick to 1957 Otun Declaration
