1. President Muhammadu Buhari apologised to the National Assembly after he learnt they are not responsible for budget delay but the MDAs.

Also, the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar bukola Saraki yesterday, mandated all Senate committees to submit reports on 2018 Budget on or before Friday, 13th April 2018 and charged the appropriation committee to consolidate the reports for quick passing of the budget.


2. Six (6) Legislative Aides to the Senate President gave back to the society by supporting business expansion of 50 people in their respective local governments. The LAs, Hon. Bukola Abel and Alhaji Olanrongbe Megida of Ekiti and Ilorin East local governments respectively, who prayed for their principal, the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, for giving them the opportunity, dolled out the business support in the presence of the Special Assistant to the Senate President on Legislative Aides, Alhaji Biodun Baraje and members of the All Progressive Party (APC). Also, one Mrs. Arokoyo from Mogaji Are 2 of Ilorin East who is also a legislative aides gave 10 people from her ward N10,000 each. Baraje's team also moved to ABS constituency Office MAGAJI Are I of Ilorin East local government, where Alh. Owolabi (SLA), Alh Mustapha (LA) and Alh Saheed (SLA) collectively presented cash to scores of beneficiaries.


3. Dr. Saadu Koroagba - Alanamu Made the list of National Population Commission nominees sent to the Senate by President Muhammadu Buhari and many youths from Alanamu Central have taken the jubilation to the social media appreciating the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki for yet another facilitation for another learned Kwaran.

4. Not Too Young to Run Group paid Kwara Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ali Ahmad, a courtesy visit at the Speaker's Lodge in Ilorin yesterday appreciating Kwara as one of the earliest states to pass the bill in Nigeria and reiterating that it should not only be a bill on paper but a dream that deserves a reality.

5. Patigi Community, including the traditional rulers, religion leaders, elders and youths, yesterday, during a town hall meeting, urged the Hon. Representing Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency and the House of Representative Abuja, to join the 2019 Kwara gubernatorial race.
