A Fed Capital Territory High Court, Gudu, has found Jolly Nyame, ex-Taraba governor guilty of misappropriation of public funds to the tune of N250 million. Proceedings still ongoing.

Justice Adebukola Banjoko has also found Nyame guilty of "misappropriation and misapplication of N165 million with dishonest intention".

#Alert Jolly Nyame, ex-Taraba governor has been sentenced to 14yrs for criminal breach of trust, 7yrs for gratification, 5yrs for obtaining by dishonesty and 2yrs for criminal misappropriation to run concurrently. Justice Banjoko ruled out an option of fine.
