We've Arrsted 45Yrs Old man that Raped 5 years old girl in Ilorin -NSCDC
Mr Abdulrasak Garuba of ile olore Abegunde area Ilorin, Kwara state has landed in NSCDC costudy.
The suspect was arrested on the 30th of june, 2019 for allegelly raping a 5 year old girl in his neighborhood. The victim's mother raised alarm immediately after sighting her daughter coming out of the suspect's room with blood stains on her legs.
The little girl narrated how she and her friend were lured into the suspect's room before her friend ran out of the room leaving her alone in the hands of the suspected rapist. She further narrated that the suspect began to deep his hand into her private part which led to the blood stains on her body.
The victim was confirmed to have been sexually abuse after medical examination at the Kwara state specialist hospital Sobi, Ilorin.
At the moment arrangement has been finalized to test the case in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The state commandant BELLO ALE, is on this note, admonishing Parents as well as guardian to ensure close supervision and paying of proper attention to their wards in other to discourage unscrupulous elements from taking undue advantage of the vulnerable group.
