Ilorin South APC crises:: We assure you of our unwavering support- Modibbo ,Aluko and others to acting Chairman

The crisis rocking the Ilorin South chapter if the All Progressives Congress (APC) seem to have finally rested, with stakeholders throwing their wight behind the acting Chairman, Ambali Olarewaju Abdulhakeem Jaji.
Leading the pack of stakeholders to the extraordinary local government meeting are a former Special Adviser on Security to the former governor of the State, Alh. Yinka Aluko, a commissioner nominee in the yet to be inaugurated cabinet of the State, Hajia Saadat Modibbo among others.
Modibbo while commending the wisdom behind the nomination of 4 women for Commissioner, stressed that the womenfolks have never had it this good in the State, he however enjoined all party members to queue behind Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq government towards ensuring dividend of democracy reaches the entire State.
He said "I would like to really use this medium to appreciate God and His Excellency Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for thinking it wise enough to appoint and also nominate 5 women at a go. I'm not sure this has ever happened in the history of kwara State. I want to implore us all that we should see ourselves as one of the same way our emblem or logo is, let us not divide ilorin South local government.
Speaking in the same vein, Hon. Yinka Aluko, enjoined all aggrieved members to bury their sword and work together in the interest of all, he said "During the election some grudges ensued but I just want us all to forgo that and let peace reign. His Excellency has showed us love through the commissioner's nominees. However, I would want to reaffirm that the Jaji will definitely deliver and make us all proud.
The acting Chairman, Abdulhakeem Jaji while addressing the ecstatic party members, preached oneness, unity and forgive, stressing that the party must be united behind the government of Alh. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq.
He said "Today is a day of joy, fulfillment and reassurance to me personally and also to all APC members in Ilorin South local government, as today signals the return of unity and oneness to our fold.
"We all sacrificed our time, resources and know-how towards building this party after the defection of the defunct dynasty and together we birthed the historic victory that ensured the aspirations of a better Kwara, under the Governorship of Alh. Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq came to life.
"Now that we've formed government at all levels, the party must be united and focused behind the government towards ensuring dividend of democracy permeates the nooks and crannies of the State and most especially Ilorin South local government area.
"While disagreement is an human phenomenon, non-acrimonious dispute resolution is the most reliable route, which guarantees continued harmonious and beneficial working relationship between the feuding parties.
"It is on the note, I'll like to appeal to all aggrieved party members to in the sake of all that binds us, should sheath their sword, forgive and forget in the spirit of progress.
"It is therefore on this note that I, Ambali Olarewaju Abdulhakeem Jaji as the Acting chairman Ilorin south local government and I would like to admonish the party excos both local and wards to lead other party members diligently" he stressed.
