EDUCATION: ENetSuD SUPPORTS SPORTS IN GOVERNMENT-OWNED SCHOOL

The Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD), a Kwara-based Civil Society Organization knows for its #FollowKwaraMoney activities, has achieved another part of its objectives - humanitarian and community development services - by providing sports materials to a government-owned Junior Secondary School in Ilorin.
In a letter jointly signed by the school's Vice-Principal (Special Duties) and the Chairman of Sports Committee and submitted to ENetSuD on 21st November, 2019, Ansarul Islam Junior Secondary School, Kuntu Ilorin requested for sponsorship of its upcoming inter-house sports events.
As community development and philanthropic services are part of the objectives of ENetSuD, the request of the school was considered and approved by ENetSuD's management within the limit of its capacity being self-funded and nonprofit organization. ENetSuD noted that the gesture to support sports activities in the school will make the students be physically and mentally fit, thereby improving their learning prowess.
Today, ENetSuD's Director of Community Services (Mr. Abubakar Eyitayo) and Assistant Secretary (Comrade Lanre Osho) presented 33 sportswear, 60 medals, and 3 trophies to the school management in preparation for the inter-house sport that is coming up on Wednesday 11th March, 220.
While receiving the donations from ENetSuD, the school principal (Hajiya Sidikat Abdulqodir) and other members of staff appreciated ENetSuD with prayers.
In another letter received today from the school, ENetSuD was invited to the inter-house sport where it will be honored as the patron of the blue house.
