Juristic Opinions also known as Shariah are basically based on the Dos and Don'ts of Allah from The Holy Quran and that of His Noble prophet, Prophet Muhammad ibn Abdullah (May Peace Be Upon Him) However, misconceptions about some issues with no direct verdict from the Quran or Prophet has therefore necessitated Islamic Scholars, whom are blessed with the knowledge of Quran and hadeeth, to take it upon themselves the need to have consensual stance on such issues.
That's then become standard in Islam and had really helped in shedding light on misconceptions or issues of controversy or ambiguity.
As humans as the scholars are, they are also bound to make mistakes, hence the reason for review of their set standards for amendments as new happenings/discoveries unfold.
Nation's Future Initiative Society on her own part sacrifices their precious time in pointing out errors in some juristic opinions in Islam. The effort which was made into a book by Uztaz Ibrahim Nurudeen Zubair Al misri
Titled: UNVEILING THE ERRORS IN SOME JURISTIC OPINIONS IN ISLAM, was launched today being Saturday, 1st February, 2020.
The book launching which was held at Hall 2, Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin attracted Islam Scholars and Professionals from the nooks and crannies of Kwara State.
The book was attested to be one of the best books ever written on positions of Scholars on some Islamic injunctions.
