Update: Development On Alleged Forgery Claim Against Kwara APC Candidate.

Sequel to the recent story published by our medium on the imperfection in the date-of-birth of APC candidate Mr Rafaj Adam Ahmed in the coming by-election in Patigi constituency, we have however noticed an update from the alleged subject.
Investigative journalism by our staffer had revealed how the sworn-in affidavit by the APC candidate carries a different date-of-birth from the one on his WAEC result submitted to INEC. The imperfection that would have been enough to make him ineligible to partake in the coming Election had however been corrected. The development was made known through the candidate's party recent uploads across the social media platforms.
Upon seeing our allegation on the APC candidate's date of birth, the man in question had hurriedly sought for a new and more correct Affidavit to address the imperfection in his date-of-birth. The candidate is however believed to have updated his documents in the custody of INEC accordingly.
The electoral exercise shall come up March 14 of this year as confirmed by the INEC.
